Enforcement
The Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’). If you’ve made a complaint to us related to accessibility and are unhappy with how we’ve responded, please contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.
Accessibility when contacting us by phone or visiting in person
We provide a textphone service for people who can’t hear or speak on the phone. You can find out more about textphone on the Relay UK website.
For in-person visits, our Bath (Manvers Street) and Keynsham offices have audio induction loops.
Contact us if you need to arrange a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter before your visit.
